Training Program on Banana Dehydration, Flour and Chips Production
Training program on Banana dehydration and value addition was conducted for the small and medium scale entrepreneurs in Jaffna. Banana dehydration, how to make banana flour, production of bakery products from banana flour and production of banana chips and snacks were covered in this training. NIPHM also conduct trainings on production of jams, RTS and jelly from banana as value additions.
