Parboiling technologies for quality parboiled rice production in cottage level


The quality parboiled rice can be produced even in Cottage level by using improved technology which use water vapor for the parboiling activity. Therefore, This training was conducted to Karainagar, Jaffna farmers on 27.01.2021, who already engaged in parboiled rice production by the traditional method. Through this training the improved technology was introduced to them.
