Sales of Scrap Material 

INVITATION FOR BIDS 

01    The Chairman, Regional  procurement committee, on behalf of the National Institute of Post Harvest Management invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply, sales of scrap material.

 

       If necessary items can be checked in physically at National Institute of Post Harvest Management

 

02    Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure

03  Interested bidders may obtain further information from Accountant, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura (Tel 025 3230000 / 025-3230092) and inspect the bidding documents at, the address given above, on working days from   16.06.2023 until 07.07.2023 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. Documents charges is RS. 2000.00/= 

04  A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the  Director, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura From   16.06.2023 until   07.07.2023 from method of payment will be in cash.

05    Bids shall be delivered to the  Director, National Institute of Post Harvest Management, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura on or before 14.00 hrs. on   10.07.2023. Bid should be deposited in the tender box maintained for the purpose at the finance division of the National Institute of Post Harvest Management. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend.

06 The decision of the Procurement Committee of National Institute of Post Harvest Management with regard to this provision is final.

07  The amount of RS.75,000/= should be deposited as refundable deposit.
