This study was planned to evaluate the effectiveness of using low temperature storage as a solution for proper utilization of the excess fruit and vegetable production in Sri Lanka. Arrangement of the pre requisites to conduct trials in NIPHM cold storage unit is the first stage of this study and guava, brinjal and lime will be checked at initial stage.
